Pastor Douglas, better known as Pastor D takes worship to another level with his well-known spontaneous moments and style of preaching is like none other. He spends countless hours in the word of God and listening to the voice of God concerning the messages that he needs to preach to his congregation. 

He graduated from Emmanuel Bible College in 2019 with a degree in Christian Studies.

Eric T. Douglas has been happily married for five years to his wife, Aris R. Douglas.

Aris Douglas, also known as Lady A, is a native of Philadelphia, PA. She serves as the Executive Pastor of The Fresh Oil Church.

She has loved the Lord since the age of 5 when she accepted Him as her personal savior and made a conscious decision to be baptized. Lady A has a passion for teaching God's word through demonstration and practicality. She strives to lead as an example for the body of Christ.

She graduated from Bethel College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and Human Relations, a Master's Degree in Business Administration as well as Information Technology.

Malika S. Williams serves as the Chief Operating Officer of The Fresh Oil Church, where Pastor Eric T. Douglas is the Senior Pastor. Known for her commitment to serving the body of Christ with excellence, Malika S. Williams oversees the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the church, while also functioning as the Special Events Coordinator with Executive Pastor Aris R. Douglas.

Malika S. Williams received her Bachelor of Arts in Mass Communications from Lane College and went on to earn her Master in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix.
